From Google, I get the recommendations to use U83, and also U7.

The other day, I waited for the rapid bus U7 at HSBC building, just like what this bus route said. And when I was there, there was quite a number of people waited for the bus too.
AND THE BUS NEVER CAME. You know why?
BECAUSE IT'S THE WRONG PLACE TO WAIT FOR THE BUS!!
If you really wants to take this bus, I recommend you to wait behind kota raya, walk further up after the mydin bus station ( the mydin beside maybank tower, and sri cahaya dental).
However, the bus usually is very crowded with people especially bangladeshis, despite it wasn't during peak hour.
So I am not going to mount that bus U7 anymore to go to Desa Sri Hartamas.
Instead, I recommend everyone to wait for the bus U83 from Kl Sentral. Actually, technically, now the bus stops outside Nusentral, which is the Tun Sambathan road. Its exactly just outside the Nusentral.

The disciplined queue this morning
The bus reached at 7.50am this morning, and I reached my workplace at sharp 8.30am. Also, the good thing is, the bus is less crowded, and not many bangladeshis or any of that sort. And the bus driver just now is very friendly, I enjoyed using that bus more. I can imagine myself in the morning in my suit or office attire waiting for the bus with my coffee, and read newspaper in the bus, and reach office early. Hahaha. I am so happy.
The U83 bus took less than 30 minutes from Kl Sentral to reach Sri Hartamas. While the U7 bus took 50 minutes, because it went through the village areas in Segambut and also the busy chow kit road. ( I really set a timer for this, no kidding! ~ )
When I was using the U83 bus, I stops at the Sri Hartamas playground. And then, I crossed the busy cross road under the ramp.
I walked steadily and I reach my workplace in 5 minutes or so. Basically the whole journey from Kl Sentral to Desa Sri Hartamas is about 20 or 25 minutes only.
